<strong>8.Conduct Rules of the &quot;Dead House&quot;.</strong><br />
8.1. <strong>The Dead zone </strong>- a nonfiction zone, which is:<br />
8.1.1. Recreation Area for <em>participants</em>, who left the game in accordance with applicable regulations.<br />
8.1.2. Parking zone for <em>participants'</em> cars at the game time.<br />
8.1.3. Area, where <em>participants</em> can leave their personal belongings at the game time.<br />
8.1.4. The only place to resolve any game disputes and elucidation talks with the<em> participants</em> in the <em>organizers' presence</em>.<br />
8.1.5. <em>The Dead zone</em> - the only area within which is allowed to walk without personal protective equipment (goggles, masks, etc.)<br />
8.2. It is strictly prohibited at the Dead <em>zone</em>:<br />
8.2.1. Shooting, including a &quot;sighting&quot;, of any type of game and nonfiction weapons.<br />
8.2.2. Undermining of imitations of hand grenades, bombs, grenades, stretch marks.<br />
8.2.3. Undermining of firecrackers, fireworks and other pyrotechnics, initiation of smoke grenades and bombs.<br />
8.2.4. Testing of new models of game weapons, special equipment.<br />
8.2.5. Breeding fires in the immediate vicinity of the personal belongings of the <em>participants</em> and their cars.<br />
8.2.6. Litterbug, leave food waste, defecate at the<em> Dead zone</em>.<br />
8.3. <em>Participants</em> permitted at the <em>Dead zone</em>:<br />
8.3.1. Check only the <em>game weapons</em> (dry shooting) for itsefficiency and identify possible breakdowns.<br />
8.3.2. Breeding fires with the following rules:<br />
8.3.2.1. Place for a campfire should be digged around and located at a distance not less than 20 meters from the nearest car or personal belongings of <em>participants</em>.<br />
8.3.2.2. Place for a campfire should not to impede cars' departure from the <em>Dead zone</em> area.<br />
8.3.2.3. It is prohibited to use any types of fuel (petrol, oil and lubricants) wich are not intended directly for campfires.<br />
8.3.2.4. Responsibility for the campfire lies on the person, who organized it. If the campfire organizer going to leave the <em>Dead Zone</em> area, he has to find the<em> participant</em>, who will continue to monitor the fire, to keep it burning, to control its extinguishing.<br />
8.4. The commandant of the <em>Dead zone</em>:<br />
8.4.1. <em>The organizers of the project</em>, or trustees appointed by them, are the <strong>Commandants of the <em>Dead zone</em>.</strong><br />
8.4.2. <em>The commandant</em> keeps order, coordinates processes at the <em>Dead zone</em>.<br />
8.4.3. <em>The commandant</em> of the<em> Dead zone</em> has the right to make warning to <em>participants</em> who have violated the items in this section.
