Ну так вроде pmr рации включают frs диапазон

FRS (эф-эр-эс) — безлицензионная система персональной подвижной радиосвязи на коротких расстояниях в странах Северной и Южной Америки в диапазоне УКВ дециметрового диапазона (Очень Высокие Частоты (ОВЧ) — Ultra-high frequency (UHF) по западной классификации) на частотах около 462 МГц и 467 МГц.

Другое дело что нам нужна полоса частот пошире. Но это уже другой вопрос.

Артиллерия накрывает огневую точку

Впечатляет. Теперь понятно почему у нас по правилам при попадении
в предплечье боец должен падать. Но вот непонятно почему заминусовали
попадение артиллерии. Во первых часть бородачей разбежалась,
во вторых там трупов на видео нет.
